Delete your account

In the app

• Open Taptivo and sign in.
• Go to the Account tab and choose Delete account at the bottom.
• Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email support@taptivo.io from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, sign-in methods, roles, saved addresses, store credit and identity verification status are deleted, and every session is signed out. Saved cards live with our payment provider (Stripe) and stop being usable once the account is gone. Order, payment and transaction records are retained where tax and dispute law requires (see the Privacy Policy), but they no longer resolve to an active account.
